Cancellation
- Individual bookings: free cancellation up to one day before your check-in date.
- Group bookings: free cancellation if we are told at least three days ahead.
- Cancelling on the day of the booking is charged at 50% of the booking cost.
If your plans change, call 0703 923 214 as early as you can. We would always rather rearrange than cancel.
